LeBron James Admits He Rides Motorcycles, Even Though the Cavaliers Don’t Like It

LeBron James doesn’t really strike us as a huge car guy. Yes, he has an endorsement deal with Kia, and yes, “LeBron” is one of the first things that pops into our heads whenever we come across a Hummer, and yes, he has obviously owned quite a few luxury cars. But for a guy who could literally buy any car he wanted, he doesn’t really stunt on the ‘gram like some other famous athletes we know when it comes to cars.

He did stunt and talk about his motorcycles during a recent interview with GQ, though. Even though NBA players are technically forbidden from riding motorcycles because of the inherent risk associated with them, LeBron told GQ that he has a Harley-Davidson as well as a Can-Am Spyder that he likes to ride around. And while the Cavaliers aren’t all that happy about him doing it, he’s LeBron, so really, what are they going to do? Tell him no?

“They’re like, ‘What are you doing?’ I’m like, ‘What you think I’m doing?’” he said. “I’m getting a breath of fresh air, you know? I’ve got one life with this, man. So that’s what I’m doing.”

We’ve seen LeBron ride around on his other bike but never seen him on a motorcycle. Do you think the risk is worth the reward for him?
